It keeps messages internal and does put a stop to external communication via e-mail. This has one huge advantage: You do never ever have to show your email adress upon replying to a message! The system sends you an alert once you recieve the message and you can pick it up after login. After the introduction of spamfilters and SSL, another big step in privacy protection on GLOBO.
