Hi there,

as you might have noticed the navigation menu of GLOBO has "slightly" changed. The redesign will hopfully simplify navigation on GLOBO since it concentrates on the main features of GLOBO and it provides a help text resp. bred crum navi underneath. If you experience difficulties in proper displaying the layout try to reload the page first (F5). This should reload all necessary files which have now changed. If it still looks messy, please report it inside the error forum. Other than that, I would be happy to read some feedback and your opinion.

Best regards,

andy

Well done Andy, its a very smart layout at log in. Hats off to u and the team. Its smooth and easy to access and so far a joy to move around. Shall let you know my humble experiences as we go along. Take care. All the best from raining monsoon hit Kozhikode!

Cheers,

Hi Martin,

that might be the browser memory. It runs fine on the company osx panther computer and ff.

Inside the browser menu go to extras -> settings -> datenschutz and then click on the cash tab on clear.

That should remove the old code from the browser memory.

Let me know if that works.

Regards, Andy

PS: You are running Tiger? I am getting jellous!

Hi Andy,

About the the new look Globo. - When we were in the old one we used to have a members section where it used to show the cumulative total number of members we have on top left hand side which is missing in the new version. I think it will be beneficial to have it again on the newer version as it gives a special weight for Globo. A prospective member will be impressed to see that we have 15,000 members at the time of their logging on and every minute or second it is going up !! - Just a thought.

Cheers,

Hi Kandath,

thank you for your comment. The numbers are gone because they maight to much distortion and noise. Now the navigation is more clear. You see we had lots of numbers there 5 digits. The numbers made more space than the rest of the menu. Imagine if they become 6 digit (hopfully soon :-).

The old community button on the left is now the people button a bit more on the right. It shows the total amount of members as well (Now about 13995).

Somehow I think it works, since the change new members have become way more active. Maybe it is now more clear how to navigate and what GLOBO is for.

Best regards,

Andy

Hi Andy,

I think that this version is easier to use. I can find everything, though you give new name some button( member-people). I'm sure you know the aim of it. I wait for the revolutionary new version of this site.

With best regards,

Mary
