If you want to have a nice Picture of the moon, with details on earth in the foreground, you have to fake a little bit, because you need different focal length and distance adjustments. One way to manage this is, take two pictures and make one out of this. Otherwise you have to set your focus either to the moon or to the earth. Two examples on my website:

More pictures: www.berndroesich.de I recommend a visit at Bernds Bilderschuppen (Bernd´s Picture Shed) or the Reisebilder (Travelling Pictures) on this webside.

Hello everybody,

did somebody get a chance to take a shot of the moon darkness the other day? Unfortunatelly it was all cloudy in Munich. But Swizerland should have had a pretty good view on the corona.

Any shots by GLOBOmembers?

Best regards, Andy

Great! You can always count on Martin! Very cool.

I believe that this is not a motion blure by the moon, but a shaking from pressing the knob. Did you try with "Selbstauslöser"?

If it would be 2 hours exposure that might be a realistic shift at 200mm but at 40s? Hmmm...

Beautiful shot. Thank you.

Best regards,

Andy
