My fiancee and I spent a week in picturesque Ireland.
Whilst centred in Cahersiveen, we travelled around the Iveragh and Dingle Peninsulas, into Killarney several times and into the Macgillycuddy's Reeks to almost climb the highest mountain in Ireland.
I have written a travelogue of the trip with photos and published it on the web.
Some of us from work went on a walking weekend in Snowdonia (North Wales, England).
We walked many miles and also climbed and crossed Crib Goch - a knife edge ridge with an almost sheer 1000 foot drop down one side and another 1000 foot drop of about 60degrees on the other side - I've never been so scared in my life!
The photo here shows the start of the ridge - I was too scared to take any photos along the kilometre length!

Four of us decided to take an epic three week road trip around Western Canada, covering British Columbia and Alberta. We started in Vancouver, went as far East as Calgary via the Rockies and as far South as Seattle in America.
We drove lots, walked frequently, camped most nights, canoed, kayaked and feared the bears!
I have written a travelogue, which has many photos throughout, and have published it on the web.
