I enjoy reading the Harry Potter series. So, when the part 5 movie released this Friday, I was definitely not going to miss it :-) On Saturday, me and my 15 year old cousin went to watch the movie.
It was an amusing experience for me. The movie hall was full with kids, kids and more kids everywhere. Only a handful of 'old kids' (read adults) like me. The enthusiasm of the young audience was really infectious. They cheered and clapped at various instances during the movie..like when Harry first makes his entry, when he gets that much hyped first kiss, when the wicked Umbridge is carried off by centaurs. The atmosphere at the movie hall was really as enjoyable as the movie :-) It was nice to see all the children happy and having a good time :-)

Today, I am leaving for Srilanka.Will first catch a flight to Chennai. Halt overnight at a friend's place. And catch tomorrow morning's flight to Colombo.From there, a 2 hours drive to Kandy, my destination and base camp during my week long stay at Srilanka.Hope to come back with lots of happy memories and good experiences to share with you all.
PS : The itinerary is planned by my parents whom I am visiting there.. so it is going to be a surprise for me.But I think we will definitely cover Kandy(Tooth relic temple, Kandy Lake, Peradeniya gardens) and Nuwara Eliya.
