An unusual view and I like it. Would it be worth darkeing it a little to bring out the land beyond the sea?

That's the tricky thing with these shots, the camera metered the light around the greens in the foreground and therefore the background is too bright. What could have helped is meter the background...

... continued... and use a flash to brighten up the foreground. This is a matter of trying out and deciding what is best.

I must have been a sunny day. To have your photo's turn out
with the proper depth, (even with an automatic setting), focus on your hand first, (to get a middle grey), then take the picture.
