Khans' Palace
Bakhchisaray used to be the capital of Crimean Khanate. This palace complex includes the apartaments (for both the khan's family and the servants), mosque and a cemetery. There is a guided tour available around the palace, and I recommend it provided you speak any Russian.

Cheburiechnaya
This restaurant (but in the very Soviet meaning of this word) serves only cheburieki, a characteristic regional kind of food. You can choose the filling - meat or cheese. I prefer meat. It's delicious. A course that will get make you full costs ca. $3 (beer included!).
