Travel guide to Harford
Harford is a tiny village in Devon, close to Cornwood and Ivybridge. The nearest big town is Plymouth which is about 26km or 30 Minutes drive by car away. People unused to very narrow, twisting roads might prefer to include it in a walk.

There's only St Petroc's church and a few houses near the beautiful bridge and the surprise is that the village survived and the church continued to be used.

However anybody who wants to see an ancient and virtually unchanged beauty spot in a Dartmoor location will enjoy Harford and it is easy to reach a number of Bronze Age sites from here. [edit text]  [editors]
