Litton is a tiny village in a dale named after it in The Yorkshire Dales National Park. Littondale is particularly attractive and provides a beautiful route from Wharfedale to Penygent, Malham and Settle.

There are several good walks between Littondale and Wharfedale (or its continuation, Langstrothdale. ) The presence of the delightful Queens Arms in Litton can provide for an excellent break mid way on a return trip. [edit text] [editors]
