Travel guide to Portrush

On the North coast of Ireland is a mile long peninsula, which extends into the Atlantic Ocean, where the town of Portrush can be found. It is a lovely town with quaint little shops, friendly people and wonderful coastal views. From Belfast it is about 1 ½ hour drive along the A26 or a little more if you take the Coastal Causeway Route and is a great location to explore the area, with the Giant’s Causeway, Royal Portrush Golf Club, Dunluce Castle, Old Bushmills Distillery and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge are within reach.
