Beach near Uisken

Uisken is a tiny village south of Bunessan on the Isle of Mull. There is a great beach at the end of the road at Ardchiavaig. However the very best beach in this area of wondrous beaches is off a road that turns right a short way before Uisken, leading past the Ardachy House Hotel to a car park. It’s less than ten minutes walk down. Both beaches have excellent sand between rocks and both give distant views, in the right weather conditions, of the islands of Colonsay, Islay and Jura.
