Flagstaff is a small town of 55,000 inhabitants and is located 146 miles from Phoenix, the capital of Arizona. This town offers a variety of activities, from hiking, fishing, and biking in the summer, to skiing (both downhill and cross country) in the winter. It's a beautiful place to visit and enjoy the wonders of nature

The specific attractions of Flagstaff are: the Lowell Observatory, Meteor Crater, Sunset Crater Volcano, Walnut Canyon, and Route 66. But, the main reason for visiting is to drive the 80 miles to see Grand Canyon.
