Council does some great work on Visas. I did get a 1/2 Year working/travellers visa without problems and even quicker than I expected. It's a bit pricy at the first look, but there are some good insurances bundeled with it. That CIEE service is rather shallow, and even on the non-US site, almost every requirement list heads off with "US citizen or permanent resident".
