Jewish traveler to Dubai?

I have a somewhat jewish last name and am concerned about traveling to the United Arab Emirates and Dubai in particular. Is there any official law on this? I am an American and don't have any Israeli stamps on my passport, but I want to find out that I'll be safe no matter what happens. I don't want to have to worry that I'll be sent back when I arrive at the airport.
