El Castillo (East side steps)'s by bineba

Chichen Itza - Mexico, Yucatán 91 crumbling steps lead to the the temple of the top. When we visited in May 2008 it was no longer possible to climb the pyramid.

louis - May, 31 2008 01:05am it is pity that they closed it for climbing. Must be amazing view from the top bineba - May, 31 2008 01:05am All of the buidings were roped off when we went. I don't know if this is permanent or not. We were told taht some of them were still open as recently as Easter.
