This is a great place for skiiers. It's just off the Trans-Canada Hwy, so you can get going to the nearest ski hill quickly, and the building is well maintained and fairly new.
The only problem with this hotel (indeed many in Canmore) is that it is close to the train tracks and trains rumble through town at all times of day and night. Book into the deluxe suites facing east instead of the loft units, as all the lofts face the train tracks, and the suites are on the opposite side of the buidling, minimizing the noise.
