This is a fabulous church whose beauty doesn't show so much from the outside. it has been called the Sistine chapel of the area because of the quality of its frescoes. Silly as I always find these comparisons, both the frescoes and the use of precious metals in the 17th century church are most impressive and the visit combines easily with a trip to see some remains, including pre-Incan ones from the Wari people from Cusco.
A search will reveal innumerable websites but all are very commercial and I didn't want to chose one.
