Leon - Nicaragua, León A frequent sight, vendors selling juices and drinks made from corn. Here we have Chicha, made from purple corn, Tiste, a mix of cocoa and corn, Posol Con Leche, corn and milk, and Cacoa, chocolate milk. The first container labeled with a flower is a sweet water used to thin the drinks if you don't want them quite so syrupy.
