A Fishing Boat on Alviso Slough's by el2995

San Jose - United States, California A fishing boat heading back up Alviso Slough after returning from the San Francisco Bay. Most of the boats seen transiting the slough are on their way out to the duck hunting blinds that are own by some private duck hunting clubs, but there are sme public lands that are open to duck hunters adjacent to the wildlife refuge and Alviso Marina County Park. It's not unusual to hear shotgun blasts as one walks the trails during duck season.
