Sa Pa - Vietnam, Lào Cai The first active Black H'mong paddy field we pass enroute to Ma Tra village. The rice is first grown from seedlings in a nursery paddy and allowed to grow to a point where it is established enough for transplatation into the paddies where it will grow to full maturity and harvesting.
