Venus was perhaps my favorite of the statues and sculptures on display in the de Young Museum. The de Young used to be attached to the Asia Art Museum, which has since been moved to San Francisco's downtown. The California Academy of Science Museum is located across from the de Young and, together with the nearby japanese Tea Garden, would round out a very enjoyable day in Golden Gate Park.
