Located across the street from the Lion Market Asian shopping center near the intersection of Milpitas Blvd and Dixon Landing Road, Happy 8 Health Center is a Chinese establishment that offers foot and body massage, and acupuncture treatments (insurance is accepted). A one-hour body massage is USD $40, but a $5 discount is given during the week from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The skillful massage therapists are Chinese; basic communications are fine though there may be some language difficulties if you want to engage in friendly conversation during the massage. Foot massages are provided on recliners in a central common area, with body massages provide in the flanking private rooms. My room shared a common wall with the Chinese deli/take-out restaurant next door, so you could hear the hum of a refrigerator compressor and/or ventilation system; the Chinese mood music was not so soothing, rather like what one hears overhead at Lion Market. I can recommend Helen (Hua-Ling) as a good masseuse.
