Rainy day in Tarnovo's by geri

Veliko Turnovo - Bulgaria, Veliko Tþrnovo You see part of the famous church of "St.Dimitar" where in 1185 was declared the uprising against the Byzantine domination. On the top of the hill - it is the fortress Tzarevetz. In the period XII-XIV c. all the important institutions of the kingdom were concentrated there, including the kingdom palace. When the castle fell under Ottoman yoke all the key buildings were burnt. Nowadays some of them are restored, some interesting artefacts are found. Today the hill Tzarevetz is a renowned touristic attraction
