I can't access the spread sheet unless I accept cookies, and I don't want that. What are the proposed dates? Then I can let you know and you may fill it in for me. --- “I travel not to go anywhere, but to go. I travel for travel’s sake. The great affair is to move.” Robert Louis Stevenson

Cookies are needed there for you own settings and preferences. Cookies are not bad unless you surf bad areas like extreme-porn or do a lot of online shopping. All weeks and weekends in summer are open for suggestion. At the moment Krysek, Jacko, Pesu, Mysty and me have all marked weekends in green (OK) and others as orange (maybe) or even red. There are only four weekends in summer marked still ALL in GREEN:
July 2 - 4
July 9 - 11
July 16 - 18
July 30 - Aug 1
let me know and I can enter your open, ideal or proposed dates or notes. I am willing to host on two weekends and even a week between them if anybody likes to stay longer to explore the Alps and Salzburg...

These dates are a bit of a problem for me. Most of July we will be on our way from Prague to Eindhoven (on our bikes). We will go via Dresden, Munich and surroundings are a bit too hilly. The end of August would suit me better. --- “I travel not to go anywhere, but to go. I travel for travel’s sake. The great affair is to move.” Robert Louis Stevenson

Time flies fast!
I hope we can fix a date for the Munich meeting by end of the month sothat we can announce a date together with the nest awards. Since some may be meeting at the Farnborough Airshow on Sunday 2010 July 25, I suggest all those still interested in debating a date make an entry in the spreadsheet or contact me otherwise we will choose one of the weekends in July, I suggest July 30-1 August.
Note: World Cup Soccer Final is on July 11 which may be applicable?
gay Parade on 16-18 will perfume the streets and hostels full?
Please contact me by PM, FaceBook or CouchSurfing if you need help with entries to the spreadsheet.
The Munich event will take place regardless how many or little members come. If no other members can come I will just take Andy to dinner with my gift vouchers with two beautiful escorts :-) --- Rudolf "Rangutan" Graspointner

Hi,
It would be good if we could establish that Munich date soon, so we could bok tickets, otherwise the cost of flight will become prohibitive.
I thought we were thinking of Farnborough for Saturday 24 July. But I guess it does not matter, as there will be 4.5 hours of flying shows on both Saturday and Sunday. Tickets bought in advance (£25) will be valid on either day, but not both days. Tickets bought on the day will cost £30. Are we now set on Sunday, then?
Best regards

Hi All, I still hope to make the Farnborough trip but due to a recent serious accident I am unable to confirm this yet, fingers crossed folks! --- I am no longer a stranger in a strange land.

So, it is either 1) July 16-18
or 2) early September
Please let me know your choice of these two before Wednesday either by and entry here, on the spreadsheet or a personal message. I prefer July even if we must share the streets with dancing fairies and butches!
Remember, this is not our last event so if you cant make it this time, no worry. Some have indicated they will decide nearer the time.
In ADDITION to this, some of us will meet at Farnborough Airshow on Saturday 24 July or Sunday 25 July. I hope to be there if I can get decent flight and accommodation!

Hi Rudi,
I can't do mid July. Sept looks better, also for flight costs. But I am planning to be at the Farnborough show, Sat or Sun - depending on which day weather is forecast to be better.
Best regards
