Rudi,
Now I see what you mean by the 5000 words general description. Is a good idea. I hope Andy can implement this soon.
You are right a report should never be longer than 8000 words. Andy has seen to that because some 4 years ago the last paragraph had no word limit and resulted in very long 9often uninteresting) entries.
We have no equivalent for München Land, unless Randstad is considered. Randstad are all cities in the triangle, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Amsterdam en Utrecht. It is not in the databank. and shouldn't be there. Unless the databank is extended with provinces, counties and states (for USA and India etc).
There is not much in the database for Amsterdam, only Vondelpark. Amsterdam is not a metropolis, there are no suburbs. People who commute to Amsterdam often live in Leliestad, Almere, Amstelveen or Hoofddorp, all cities in their own right. It would be a bad idea to use these entries to describe Amsterdam sights, because who would know that these cities are Amsterdam satellite towns? I still think that it would be nice if we could write more than one report of one city.
