Inle Lake, Floating Gardens in Development's by hieronyma

Inle Lake - Burma, Shan Going by boat through this floating gardens was quite an experience. Getting the soil from the lake is the first step. After they had been brought to a convenient place, they are fixed to the ground by bamboo sticks. They last 20 years. Then they are cut into pieces and brought to the house of the owner who uses them as a small garden.
