Tristan Island Settlement - St. Helena There is only one ambulance in the island. No need for more. The man in front is the doctor, he is from South Africa. His wife is German. They invited me several times to make excursions around the inland (in his ambulance!) and to have a picnic in the golf course drinking delicious South African wine. Very friendly couple.
