This is a luxurious restaurant (I have been in it only once, but because I was invited).
The name comes from a Tsar (Boris Godunov) and the service is royal!
It is located in an old building, a monastery from the years 1600', in the downtown.
The atmosphere is russian, with live old folkloric russian music and russian uniforms.
Food is also russian, kanieshna! with blini, pelmenie, caviar and vodka.
It is just close to the Bolshoi Theatre.
