Rincon del Peregrino (The Pilgrim Corner) is a lovely place for pilgrims making on foot the Camino, from Salamanca to Santiago (The Camino Mozarabe).
The owner, Señor Luis Sandes, will give you a shell to write down your name and country and immediately will hang it among the hundreds of other shells in his tavern.
The food inside this tavern is superb and local, prepared without chemical products. Wines are Alvariño and Ribeiro, and chorizo and jamon is a must to try.
