Torun (PL) - remains of the Teutonic Castle's by krisek

Torun - Poland or rather the Teutonic Knights' Castle built by the Teutonic Order as a base to evangelise the pagan nation of Prussians on request of the Polish Duke of Masovia. But the Knights killed all the Prussians and established their own state in the place of the Old Prussia. The Poles destroyed the castle in 1454. It was never rebuilt.
