While browsing through my old photographs, I stumbled upon a group of pictures that I scanned from printed copies from my trip to the USA back in 1997. And I had an idea that I might create an album with a few panoramic shots. For the USA, particularly the west, offers some of the Earth's best scenery. I took these pictures with my old, old camera - the Minolta, which was three years old at that time. But since these are scanned prints, the quality is not necessarily the best. This slideshow features mainly photographs from national parks roughly in the order that I discovered them on my trip; Yosemite, Death Valley, Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, Natural Bridges, Mesa Verde, Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, and Organ Pipe Cactus. The first and the title photo features Arches National Park, and there is also a picture of the Mexican Hut rock en route from Natural Bridges to Monument Valley (although I stopped at the Grand Canyon in between).
