The atmosphere might be rather confusing in this relaxed bar. I went there a few times for the comfy sofas, and I have not yet figured it out, whether it is a gay bar or not. Many gal only and guy only couples come here, but it is not exclusive like that at all. Yet, the bar's website seems to swing in one direction only. Anyway, it is a very nice place with old sofas and great decor. The gentle lighting is well balanced and a list of drinks is reasonable. Their hefe-weizen is not the best in the city, but it is served well chilled. It is a popular place and gets packed quickly. There is a few high stools by the door where the bar is but it is not the same as lounging on the old sofas and armchairs.
