The hotel claims four stars, but it should have three stars the most. It is clean and has a fantastic location within ruins of a large Teutonic Knights' Castle in the histotic centre. However, the rooms lack the four star oomph and plushness. Bathrooms are modern and towels and bathrobes are white, and this is probably why the owners might believe that four stars should be awarded... However, the toileteries provided lag well behind a three star establishments I used to stay at in many places around Poland and Europe. The personnel is polite and professional but know little about the town and places to eat. Yet, they were flexible about late checkout.
