Right in the heart of the old town, the restaurant serves very simple Uzbek dishes. There is no menu, the owner or her son recites the two dishes usually available on a day. It is often chorpa, a traditional soup with carrot, potato and a piece of beef; and for the mains - pillau rice with red pepper and minced beef. The setting of it is fabulous. It offers regular tables with chairs, but also Asian tables on elevated platforms with cushions or just cushions on the floor around a small coffee table. There are also separated semi-cabins if parties want more privacy. The courtyard, as the restaurant is open-air, is shaded with parasoles.
