This is probably one of the best places to stay on Dominica. It is located near the Medical University and many students, mainly from the US, are using it as accommodation - the hotel has discounts for them. It is comfortable to an extent, but a rather good value for money. Some rooms are better than others, but they have balconies, have tiled floors, en-suite bathrooms and the beach is just few feet away. The personnel is not necessarily the friendliest on the planet, but one does not have to be friends with everyone!
