Sarotti-Hoefe Hotel |
|
|
A nice place in a lively part of town based in a old building, which once belonged to the Sarotti family, who produced chocolate, the hotel is more known for its Sunday brunches. The buffet brunch is €7.50 (may 2010) and includes juice, yogurts, deserts, and fabulous little sausages. Their lattes are huge and served in giant cups, the size of soup bowls, but they should work on their scrambled eggs. The place gets packed, so it is advisable to book in advance. They would hold the table only for about 15 minutes. There is also a patisserie downstairs and a small bar with tables out in the pavement. They serve hefe-weizen (Erdinger).
