This is probably my most favourite pub in Elmina. There is one, important reason - it is on the top of a building and there are no windows, so the breeze cools it down. The majority of all other pubs and drinking holes are so hot inside that I could not stay in them too long. The problem with Top View is that it closes rather early - about 10pm or sometimes at 11pm. There will be only locals in the bar!
