Ordinary exterior and beautifull interior (some saying that the most beautiful in Bolivia). Because the order of La Merced left Sucre for Cuzco there is hard to say the exact date when church was built - about 1550. Baroque style altar is decorated with filigree and gold. On the walls are several paintings. Also some sculptures. One of the best view of Sucre from the bell tower. Admission is 8 Bolivianos.
