Bolivia

Hiya Rafa,
I went to Bolivia some 12 years ago. It's so funny to say that as it doesn't feel like 12 years. Unfortately I didn't spend much time there, mostly in La Paz and copacabana. But I would have loved to go to the salt lakes it really looks incredible.
Do you have any travel plans for the remainder of the year? I would like to go to Cuba but not sure I will be able to pull it off.

Dziekuje bardzo Panie Rafale...
Sometimes they call me "lucky globetrotter" but
as you can see I am not always lucky preparing
new trails off the beaten track. The ship sails today
from Omsk, but I will follow it by train to Tobolsk:
no friends in Omsk to buy the ticket a month in advance.
Fortunately there is a friend in Tobolsk :)

Rafal
It's a pleasure to read your reports here.
Your pictures are really interesting as well, I especially
like Houses on the Old Town Square.

Hi Rafal,
I forgot to answer your question. Yes, I am ok, even when life becomes slow and energy isn't anymore what it was. In autumn I plan to go by ship down the Danube. Partly it will be a trip along memory's way, as I did part of it years ago with my mother and my sister.
Thank you for asking.

Hi Rafal,
thank you for your comment. Yes, Armenia is a place to see and to enjoy, as we both know. The war in Syria frightens me. And Plamyra ... I can't think of it and the danger it is in. The museum was emptied, so some relicts of the past were saved. It is such a beautiful place, the past is still so vivid.

Your comment on my Armenia picture

Rafal,
it is good to hear from you again. Thank you for ypur comment. How are you doing? Armenia is another country worthwhile to visit, what you should do before it changes too much. The nature is impressive and the cathedrales are down to earth and beautiful.
Take care

Hey Rafal,
Nice to hear from you.
My travel plans for the rest of the year is very limited. However I will be taking a cheeky trip to NYC; I've never been there as a tourist, so I'm hoping to get a chance to do some sightseeing. Fingers crossed.
Next year is looking promising. Maybe Ecuador or Chile. What about you?
