The castle is an impressive sight set upon the hill in Arundel. It was built at the end of the 11th century by Robert de Montgomery and is the home of the Dukes of Norfolk.
There is quite alot to see so make sure you arrive in good time to make the most of your visit.
The gardens and grounds are open 10.00-17.00 but other parts of the castle and grounds may open a little later or close earlier (e.g. Castle Keep 11.00-16.30)
The Collector Earl's Garden opened up in the summer of 2008.
