The hotel is conveniently located close to many theatres and within walking distance of Boston Common. It is just a few minutes walk to the nearest MBTA station - Arlington. The rooms have private balconies. Mine faced towards the Prudential building and gave a great view (even through the fog!). There is an indoor swimming pool and a fitness centre.
