The construction of the scenic drive was completed in 1922 and just recently in order to pay for maintenance it has become a toll road (23rnd per car). But the drive is truly magical - driving along the coast it is very picturesque. The area is perfect for taking pictures and sometimes you can see baboons, also at the right time of hte year youcan see whales
