Set in a gated comunity of multimillion dollar houses, the Tobago Hiton is on the beach, on the Atlantic coast side of the island. The restaurant is very airy with retractable wall giving a lovely outside feel, its next to the pool. I had the Hilton Club sandwich which costs about £8 which is pretty expensive but very tasty. For desert I had a coconut creme brulee which was fantistic of not a little too big. All in all a great experience.
