Nepal is not only about mountaineering. The Kathmandu Valley has some great sights temples and palaces very old cities and living culture.
There are two main religions that are living in friendly coexistance Buddhismn and Hinduism.
Life is very vibrant all over the place and you can have a lot of fun with local people.
