I stayed at Casa Hotel in February 06 and had a great time there. The room was very quiet and clean, modern and new infrastructure and friendly staff. Breakfast is huge and at a high quality standard. I paid 110 Euro per Room and Night for a Superior Room including Breakfast, which seamed quite reasonable to me. The location is off Ku-damm, S-Bahn Stop Savignyplace is some 5 Minutes on foot, the Gedächtniskirche 15 Minutes.
