Fish Anyone - We caught these in 90 minutes's by murrayskinner

Kenora - Canada, Ontario These are Walleye (Also known as Pickerel) To me, they are the tastiest of any fish - fresh or saltwater. You fish them with little jigs and leeches or worms. These were good eaters as we put the larger ones back as they are the breeders. In all we caught 44 that day. Dipping the fillets in eggs and milk and then coating in cornflake crumbs prior to frying them over an open fire makes for a tremendous feast! A true northern Canadian delicacy.
