Hi Pattie
It seems I can be first to welcome you to this very friendly and truly international sites. I'm not exactly an oldtimer as I've still been a member a little less than a year but I know that everybody is pleased when people join and particularly when they contribute.
If you don't want to start with a full-blooded report, click on your home town in 'about me' and, if there's no destination guide there, you can write one up to 1000 characters. if there's one there already, you can use the search box at the right end of the top yellow bar and put in smaller places near you with a view to doing a destination guide.
Anyway, enjoy the site and ask anything you want to know.
