great piece of interesing photo work. The "slide typy extension down to the water's edge makes me wonder about how high is the tide chane. I had some vague idea that rise and fall of Mediterranean tides have a modest extent. Perhaps I was wrong. it is something for me to look into.

sorry i made a mistake, it's the river Neretva and not Miljacka. Forgive me. But it's turkish people who have rebuilt the bridge, workers of ER-Bu from Ankara.
