Maya,
I'm so touched that you liked my photo of the Matterhorn.
Switzerland is such a beautiful country... and I enjoyed every drop of time I spent there..
My sisters were born in St. Gallen, and I visited there too.
Grindelwald was wonderful, and I went paragliding there as well as in Zermat near the Matterhorn.
How are you enjoying Bail? It must be SO beautiful there.

Hi Maya,
I absolutely love the new budda pic. It's great. I immediately sent it to three friends!
-a tip I learned this year about camaras and focussing, (you may already know this) is if you put what you want as the main item in the center of the pic, focus, then you can move it to the side of the picture, and it's still focussed when you take the picture. -it's something I wish I had known before I'd trekked the globe 3 times!
keep snapping away those photographs, and thanks for the great pic!

Thank you for your kind comments about my Samui Sunsrise/sunset slide show! I am glad it brought back happy memories of Samui to you. I see that you are noew in Bali - I adore that island - I have many very happy memories - sudah - as the Balinese say.

Thanks! I'm glad that you like them. A third article that was almost complete vanished after a computer bluescreen... I'll probably write it again some day.
