Thanks for signing my guestbook and your diwali wishes too! Beneras is a great place- unique. I love that place too.
Ancestry says, I'm from Trichy(TamilNadu), I spent all my childhood in Jamshedpur, went to college at Kanpur, moved to Bangalore, my inlaws are from Chennai. We've been living in USA for the last 5 years - Indiana and then Texas.
I stayed in Bangalore for 9 months(till July05), recovering from a pretty severe back injury. My most recent stay there makes me miss my home country so much.
We were once stranded at Frankfurt airport due to flight delays and enjoyed the short (but sweet) memories of that city.
Best Regards
Akhila

Ralph,
I have a canon digital camera and you are right, the housing was nearly as much as the camera. I always worry about it leaking although I haven't had a problem yet. The California coast is very cold so we used 5ml gloves which makes the buttons very hard to control, plus the visablity is poor - too bad because we see sharks all the time. I was pleased in Belize because the lighting was so much better and I managed to get a few good shots, but there is one good one for every 20 I take.
I took a look at some of the shots you've uploaded and I am impressed - they are nicely done!
